In Chinese, kimiko referred to a person with virtue, scholarship and courtesy, and all the literati sought to become a disciple. The characteristics of the four kinds of plants such as orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, and plum were similar to the characteristics of kimiko, so it became a typical material for literati painting. The orchid has a subtle fragrance and elegance, and bamboo has a green nature without falling leaves even in cold winter, and has a straight nature. The first time the plum blossoms bloom in the snow of early spring, the chrysanthemum blooms in the cold of late autumn. Because of their high beauty, it is often used as the subject of Oriental paintings from the Song Dynasty in China, and the spring is orchid, summer is bamboo, autumn is chrysanthemum, and winter is ume, and it is the theme of the four seasons. The main body was gourd, and the whole of the iron bottle was decorated with kichijo Mon, and four windows of the fan surface were made, and the four kimiko (orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, plum) was splendidly made.
